Copilot payments: No refresh required

From the recent review:

When a user clicks the edit button on a row they are taken to the edit page where they update the payment details and then taken back to the previous page. The database is only updated after the challenge details are updated and the copilot has to refresh the page after rerouting.It is not expected that the user needs to refresh the page for this

When the delete button is clicked a dialog confirmation modal is shown where the user has to choose to delete the payment item. The database is updated after challenge details are updated therefore the user may have to refresh the page in a few seconds.
