[$100] Update back to M2M / V4

@afrisalyp - We're ready to update the code back to using the M2M tokens and v4 endpoint.

Additional change

Because the v4 endpoint still doesn't work with closing challenges, I'd like to use v4 for everything, but then have the closing of the challenge still happen through the "old" way, with the service account login and v3 endpoint, at least until we've had a chance to better test the fixes for v4. Is that doable?
