Update Button Text on Team Details Page:
Original Language: "Select Candidates"
New Language: "Review Candidates"

Add an icon to the "To Review" tab when users appear on that list.

If the user opens the page and there are No records in the "To Review" list, default the view to the "Interested" Tab

@maxceem - think this may be a small one - would be great to knock it out in this next release if possible.

If you need an icon for this, let me know and we can get it worked on.

• Implement a new reusable component called <Babge>
• It should support prop type with possible values primary - green (default) and danger red (similar for Bootstrap https://getbootstrap.com/docs/5.0/components/badge/). Follow how we implemented <Button> component.

• We should add this badge on the review candidate page https://platform.topcoder-dev.com/taas/myteams/16786/positions/c1f3e159-729e-4eae-a9db-4f445a37e968/candidates as per the design above if there are some candidates to review. If 0 - then don't show.
