Currently there is a 2000 character limit on job descriptions, this is too restrictive. Please remove this restriction.

- Validate job descriptions are no longer than 100,000 characters

- Validate duration is 4 or greater in Team Details Modal

- Change width of Customer scroll

Verified in Dev.The JD allows 100k chars.
