Steps
Go to https://platform.topcoder-dev.com/taas/myteams/createnewteam
Click select button in the 'select a role' box
Enter a role name then backspace it

Current behavior
The role section shrinks/expands when searching for roles

Expected behavior
The role section should stay static to avoid bad user experience
