Add Alerts column as per design https://marvelapp.com/prototype/g6g2jh7/screen/78212451

• Don't add sorting and filtering to this column
• Add the next warings for now:
  • if RB.billingAccount is not set, show BA - Not Assigned
  • if the current WP is last one, then show Last Booking Week
• Make such warning to have max width, and if text is longer, then add ....
• When we hover such messages with mouse we should show a Tooltip with the full message. Reuse Tooltip from here [$175] Provide Job Title and ProjectId info for teamname #38

@MadOPcode hmm, good question.

I think we can show them comma separated inside the yellow label. And inside the tooltip show them on the new lines like you did for checkboxes.
