All filters are not present in some scenario

Click on the first contest
After page loads click on back button on the browser for both pages

Observe the filters

actual - topcoder.com has all 4 filters
members.topcoder.com has only 2 filters.

expected - pages to be same
Win 1- Chrome 52
Also this is appalling - Hit the back button for topcoder.com first and then members.topcoder.com

If you do the other way first then the members.topcoder.com has all filters present but the topcoder.com doesnt.

this is appearing all the time like this. Even now I can reproduce it.

In firefox also to I am able to reproduce this
