Challenge Type drop down does not have any options

Open the sites

https://members.topcoder.com/challenges/develop/active/?pageIndex=1

Click on the first contest
After page loads click on back button on the browser

Hover the mouse over the challenge filter drop down

actual - in topcoder,com , the drop down has proper options

members.topcoder.com has no options

expected - this issue should be fixed

This is appearing all the time like this. Even now I can reproduce it.

In firefox to I am able to reproduce this
