fix(await-async-query): get correct Identifier related to CallExpression #374

The problem was here. This is getting an
Identifier
n levels within aCallExpression
, which can lead to anIdentifier
not related at all to theCallExpression
. Fixed just usinggetDeepestIdentifierNode
so we get the Identifier of theCallExpression
we are interested in.
