This commit updates URLs to prefer the https protocol. Redirects are not followed to avoid accidentally expanding intentionally shortened URLs (i.e. if using a URL shortener).

We now allow multiple usages of the same named parameter if the underlying database supports identifiable placeholders.

SELECT * FROM person where name = :id or lastname = :id

gets translated to

SELECT * FROM person where name = $1 or lastname = $1
