original StreamReadOptions toString method build String with another StreamReadOptions (formed by autoAcknowledge() ) inside, which cause StringBuilder append be called infinitely, and cause StackOverflowError.
fix it by change toString return string to
"StreamReadOptions{" + "block=" + block + ", count=" + count + ", noack=" + noack + ", blocking=" + isBlocking() + '}'
