DATAREDIS-1035 - Fix confusing/incorrect JavaDoc of RedisKeyExpiredEvent

The JavaDoc of RedisKeyExpiredEvent used the phrase "must not", when it should say "does not have to" or "need not". Rephrase the JavaDoc to be less confusing to native speakers.
