Refactor code using the RestHighLevelClient to separate package

The code using the new client is in the `org.springframework.data.elasticsearch.client.elc` package. The code that uses the old `RestHighLevelClient` should be moved to a corresponding package `org.springframework.data.elasticsearch.client.rhlc`
