Adds get/set for ESF IMU alignment, keywords, example.
I think I implemented the SFE_UBLOX_REDUCED_PROG_MEM guards but please double check.
Note: The enable bit for ESF IMU alignment seems to be undocumented for us mere mortals. But its location (bit:0) follows the same location (but different byte number) to UBX-ESF-ALG query command.
