support changing I2C address?

According to the datasheet, it looks like (if I understand correctly) it should be possible to change the I2C address of the sensors by writing to the EEPROM. This would allow using several sensors on the same I2C bus.

Could this be supported? This would require:

• a method to set the I2C address by writing it in EEPROM
• a method to set the I2C address to be used by the class when communicating to the sensor
