• Subpath routing only per https://nextjs.org/docs/advanced-features/i18n-routing
• Also minor fixes to typo in unit test & not needing to copy default locale to a locale-prefixed path
• TODO: Accept-Language support (https://nextjs.org/docs/advanced-features/i18n-routing#automatic-locale-detection)
• TODO: test and add e2e tests in next PR
