I would like to talk about publishing snapshot and release versions of our plugins. Is this the right place?

#105 created, read comments there.

The changes proposed in #105 can be implemented in all plugins (Maven plugin already works this way).

I was looking for SBT plugins which will automate release process of scalac-scoverage-plugin and sbt-scoverage modules. @gkossakowski (from Typesafe) adviced to use https://github.com/sbt/sbt-release or https://github.com/paypal/horizon. I will try them. @sksamuel, do you want such plugin in your builds at all?
