I think on that branch we should only run the CI tasks that are related to the documentation generation, no?

That was the original idea, but we are syncing those changes with the main via PRs, and PRs require those jobs before the merge. AFAIK there is no way to allow some branches to skip checks that are marked as required for the merge.
