Not yet, there's a WIP branch but it's not currently usable: https://github.com/dotty-staging/dotty/commits/sbt1

Fixed in that PR, as confirmed in the template project (https://github.com/lampepfl/dotty-example-project/blob/master/project/build.properties).
