I likely overlooked a few things here or there, please let me know if you can think of anything I missed!

* ~1500 changes, numerous bugfixes

* Language
* A new RFC process is now in place for modifying the language.

At some point, RFCs should have a dedicated section. Perhaps this is a good moment for it to happen?

We have had merged RFCs, but no completed RFCs. Perhaps in the next cycle, but not in this one I think.
