I've been scratching my head at this for a few minutes, but now that we represent parens explicitly in the AST, I think this is obsolete.

Follow up pr to model-checking/kani#2871 as
`stable_mir::ty::Span` have ability to `get_filename` and `get_lineinfo`
we could start adopting it.
