update readme: notebooks are not in subdirectories #342

The current README states, that I would have to click on a subdirectory to find the corresponding IPython Notebook for a chapter, but these can be found in the base directory.
There also seems to be only one notebook per chapter.
I hope I'm not missing something here and that this is just a leftover from an old version?
Overall this is of course not an important fix either way, but more of an opportunity for me to say Thank You 🙏 for the great book and making it so freely available!
