Repository Hooks

Hello,

Not really an issue but still a question.

After a fresh install i see "Hook installed ! false" in the config page.

Have i something to do to install ths hooks ?
If yes i didn't find explanation of this install in the README, should you tale a moment to explain please ?

I've just made a fresh reinstall of redmine but it's night now here in France so i'll post you init.rb log and screen captures tomorrow.

Could it be related to #39 ?

When the version is not displayed, the hook are reported "not installed"

Hook installed ! false 
[...]
Gitolite Version : Unknown version

Pseudo-terminal will not be allocated because stdin is not a terminal.
