  • Add more links to the config file and specifying dependencies
  • Add link to remove advertising
  • Change order based on perceived need
  • De-emphasize feature flags (I received a support request about confusion around this today)

This looks good. I've also merged it into #7052, since there was a conflict with my changes. So we can either close this and just ship it w/ #7052, or merge this and it will already be there.
