See, for example, this page, for django-admin-theme - there's a URL in the Repository field, but it isn't marked up as an <a href="...">, from a UI standpoint, it'd be nice to not have to copy-paste that into my location bar, especially on devices where copy-pasting is kind of a chore (hello touch interfaces)

Unfortunately not all repositories are URLs. If you would like to write a
patch that made sure it was a URL then turned it into a link, I could see
accepting that, but it is not something I have the time to add myself.

At a glance, (because I'm entirely unfamiliar with the RTFD code), is there a reason {{ project.repo|urlize }} wouldn't be appropriate?
