Ran for 20 min 4 sec, that's really long, but considering we don't make many changes here, it could make sense, not sure.

22 Minutes shouldn't matter at all. The upper limit of travis jobs is at 50 Minutes for open source projects.

Also I consider the current docker image fat and it probably won't get that fatter. And therefore the build won't take longer. I actually expect it to build faster with #94. Also when parallelised multistage builds get used, I think the speed improves dramatically.
