Release 1.0.0.M3

We have bugs with the TCK in M2 which makes it hard for anyone to know if their impl passes the spec for M2. To make sure that we get feedback on it before RC1, I think we need to ship this release -today-.

master has been updated and I have verified by porting parts of the Akka Stream impl and double-checked with the spec.

@smaldini Noticed that the repo still shows 1.0.0.M2 everywhere. I don't have access to my code repo right now, could you push the change to the version to the repo (to reflect 1.0.0.M3 iso 1.0.0.M2?) (no worries if you don't have time, I can try to do it later today) Thanks!
