Thank you for this @mikepizzo! Is the Open Data Data Protocol referenced in government policy currently? If not we may not need it in the glossary here. (Reflecting, we may not need OAuth in the glossary as well).

The Project Open Data Glossary serves to explain terms in M-13-13 and related Project Open Data guidance pages. Since OData is not referenced anywhere else, it will not be included in the Glossary.

We also recognize there other things in the glossary that can be removed since they are not mentioned anywhere else so we'll plan to remove those extraneous items in the future.
