Add the ask for new tools to help meet the spirit of intent of Project Open Data. I realized the way this is written we were only asking for collaboration on existing tools, but really the intent is to have new tools added to this section which help Project Open Data grow, and the Federal Government meet its Open Data EO, directive and principles.
Also add an initial tool that exports ESRI Feature Classes to open data formats, CSV, JSON, and GeoJSON to get things started.
