modified the Set and Style Axes Title Labels and Ticks page using one of the example datasets to deal with this issue. @cldougl @bcdunbar

Looks good! Just add the pen to plotly's account and update the plot_url. After that, feel free to merge 💃

you may want to add this to the plotly codepen account that way we keep them all in one location. I'll chat you the login details.
