Abstract epics

The epics are quite repetitive [here](https://github.com/piotrwitek/react-redux-typescript-realworld-app/blob/master/src/features/articles/epics.ts),  is it possible to show how to create a typed middleware / action creator which will handle dispatching the request/success/error actions but allows you to choose which api method to call.
