I just updated my fork of r2dbc-postgresql, and I got failure emails from GitHub Actions triggered on my fork due to unavailable credentials for the Sonatype repository. This change will restrict those actions to only run on the main repository (pgjdbc/r2dbc-postgresql).

Prevents jobs from running (and failing) on forks
