Lots of test errors, are those expected?

Also, is it expected that those errors are simply ignored by the CI pipeline?

Yes, both of these are expected. Right now, the PyPy CI really tests to see if we can compile pandas correctly. As tests are fixed in the future, we'll set continue-on-error to false on the PyPy CI.
