Improve ASV Environment Creation Performance

I've picked 4 as the value assuming most people running benchmarks will have 2-4 cores. YMMV

It varies depending on hardware, with physical cores I think being the big thing. My quad core desktop can build clean in about 20 seconds. Duo core laptop Takes 2-3 minutes. Non parallel I think around 8-10 minutes Whatever the savings are multiply by two for the ASV environment creation
