", if you don't feel this way" doesn't really flow well with me. not sure if anyone else gets the same impression. if that's the case, my suggestion for rephrasing would be " Please send an email to mailto:pandas-code-of-conduct-committee if you think we can do a better job at achieving this goal." It might be a matter of personal opinion, but I think the part about encouriging contributions is too far back in the sentence. I would change this phrase for something like this:
pandas expressly welcomes and encourages contributions from members of underrepresented groups in technology willing to increase the diversity of our team.There was a problem hiding this comment.
