For some reason, the truncation switches justification if the max_colwidth is 0 instead of a large number. So I set it to a large number (like the html diff) to preserve the justification behavior.

Use the is_nonnegative_int validator for the max_colwidth param. I didn't realize that this also allowed None until checking the docs, but it does so it's the perfect validator for our new parameter.
