Thanks @TomAugspurger

If I'm not wrong, the IO section title in bug fixes is missing, and it may make sense to change a bit the listed documentation changes (in some PR was agreed to remove the spelling extension and have that as a separate project, and we could mention all the formatting standardization we're finishing)

I'll propose those changes in a separate PR.
