I might just remove this entirely. Things install ok now? (with reasonably current versions)?
Current coverage is 85.21% (diff: 100%)

True. I personally haven't had installation issues with those packages with anaconda. Should be okay to delete this section. |

I agree this can probably removed altogether. Just a comment on the references

All those references are used above as well, so can't be removed (except for anaconda I think, you should check)
