Pandas version checks

  • I have checked that the issue still exists on the latest versions of the docs on main here

Documentation problem

I teach pandas, and have a number of students that come in with experience in SPSS. We have comparison guides with a number of other related tools, but none that speaks to SPSS.

Suggested fix for documentation

Add a "Comparison to SPSS" page
