Reproducible Example
import pandas as pd
# returns False
pd.Timestamp(2020, 1, 1, hour=1) == pd.Timestamp(year=2020, month=1, day=1, hour=1)
Issue Description
When not explicitly defining keyword args for year
, month
and day
, but doing so for the hour
sets the value provided in the hour
as minutes instead. The values for year, month and day are still correct though.
Expected Behavior
I'd expect the value provided in the hour
param to be set to the hour, and not the minutes.
