Documentation problem

We have a code of conduct to ensure a friendly and welcoming environment.

"code of conduct" links to https://pandas.pydata.org/about/%7Bbase_url%7D/community/coc.html , which doesn't exist

Suggested fix for documentation

Link to correct page

While we're here, it also says

pandas is made with love by more than 1,500 volunteer contributors.

which could be updated to "more than 2,000"
