页面用zoom缩放后，发现浮层overlay定位有问题，核心是在于Element.getBoundingClientRect() 的获取值，大佬们该咋解决

如果目前仅仅需要解决的话?建议提供更详细的信息?比如截图

和angular/components#20467 这个类似，但是并没有解决，如果把overlay直接放入zoom的影响范围内，还是会有问题，感觉还是定位计算，是在zoom影响下还是外，外的话就直接乘个系数，里的话要改算法了
