In the cron task, automatically trigger ingestion tasks for m-c revisions from the previous days that haven't been ingested yet

task-group-resolved notifications are often slow and sometimes not working (https://github.com/taskcluster/taskcluster/issues/3926).
A workaround to at least make it so that "latest" is never too old would be to daily automatically trigger ingestion tasks for recent m-c revisions that were not ingested yet.
