Cannot update board using Board Manager

v0.5.0 / CLI

When updating ESP32 board to latest release using Arduino Board Manager I get the following

As an aside "arduino-cli.exe board list" returns "No boards found"
Does v0.5.0 / CLI use arduino cli for board management?

I recently discovered that the Arduino CLI support was not correctly passing the --additional-urls flag to the CLI, which would affect your scenario with an ESP32. #1611 hopefully addresses the issue.
