I'm just using my editor :/
I'm trying >Developer: Restart Extension Host command - sometimes that helps. I've tried to remove all my other extension or reinstall VSC, but that didn't help :<

Hi @hellyzh my VSC was updated to 1.46.1 and now the arduino extension seems to work properly
