Plans to support github enterprise for Gists?

Just curious if there are plans to support Github Enterprise?

I @flashadvocate, sorry but there's no plan to support Github Enterprise for the moment.
Do you know if this could be simple to integrate?

Did some research as vscode is my daily editor, and I saw code-notes post on dev.to. It shouldn't be too difficult to implement both need to provide a token, and then the api will have the enterprise url.

GitHub Profiles

NOTE: You must provide a personal access token to be authenticated with GitHub or a GitHub Enterprise instance.

Press F1 and type select profile to initialize the profile selector. You can add as many profiles as you would like.

If you are using a GitHub Enterprise account, be sure to add the appropriate API url. This extension uses the REST v3 API by GitHub. Your GHE API url should look similar to this: http(s)://[hostname]/api/v3 (documentation)

Nevermind, looked at the code and this repo is using octokit for authentication, it should still be a relatively easy change just need to give the custom enterprise url to the octokit constructor.

• Would you be able to test by building the project locally?
• What is your company GHE url?

I'm going to hardcode the url to octokit constructor to make sure it works as a start, but I don't have access to an enterprise account, I suppose you can't create a dummy account for us to test it would make this a lot quicker.
