git-dot fails on commit including certain characters

First of all: thanks for your tool!

I saw git-dot failing on this commit message: <tag>: <subject>. This then gets translated into the following dot statement: "8cf25b" [tooltip=<tag>: <subject>]. Somehow the quotation of the commit message fails here.

If I find time these days I will create a PR to fix this myself.
