Update VueFilter documentation

The props is value, so that part is correct. Please take a look here to better understand what v-model does for custom input components, like vue-filter

of course not. You didn't read the doc :D

you can use value, and it works. You can use value together with @input="var = $event" and get reactivity. Or you can use the shortcut, v-model="var"

@mauthi I've added some clarifications for the vue-filter. Let me know if you find any other missing bits.

@aocneanu I read the doc and now it's clear to me, but the problem is that it doesn't work with child components - see vuejs/vue#6216 for explaination.

So we can use v-model for vue-filter but not for boolean-filter

Or did I get something wrong?
