Note this doesn't add any of the new test infrastructure (multiple storage classes, etc). It just duplicates the script to run for the ci, which recreates the behavior before prow changed. |

What this PR does / why we need it:
Add run-k8s-integration-ci.sh that the prow driver now expects to be in each release.
Fixes #651
