test_exit_code is timing out

What happened (please include outputs or screenshots):

I'm seeing a lot of test failures due to

kubernetes/e2e_test/test_client.py::TestClient::test_exit_code 
No output has been received in the last 10m0s, this potentially indicates a stalled build or something wrong with the build itself.

Have more debug logging in the test to understand where the timeout comes from
